In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we inform you that the data you provide us will be processed by the owner of this website for the following purposes:
“Customer Service / Contact” section: The data you provide to us will be processed for the purpose of answering your queries or requests and providing you with the services you have requested.
“Newsletter Subscription”: We inform you that the data you provide us will be processed for the purpose of managing the sending of commercial information through regular mail, email, SMS or fax, about our Hotel.
“Reservations”: The personal data provided in this section will be processed for the purpose of managing the reservations you have requested. In all cases, the data provided may be processed for the purpose of preparing internal statistics to improve our services. The personal data provided will only be stored for as long as our business relationship is maintained, and will be blocked once this relationship is terminated for the period established by legal requirements, at the disposal of Courts and Tribunals only to attend to possible claims, after which, said data will be deleted. The legal basis for the processing of your data is the fulfilment of the contractual obligations you assumed when requesting our services. We inform you that the personal data provided may be processed for the purpose of sending you informational and other communications (offers, events, greetings) for which you must tick the box enabled for this purpose. The data provided will be stored for this purpose until you request the cessation of advertising mailings. You will have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its withdrawal. 3. Visit registration
Every time a user accesses the Suites del Mar Fenals server, the IP address from which the user is browsing will be collected and recorded, as well as the pages visited on Suites del Mar Fenals. Suites del Mar Fenals reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to temporarily suspend access to its website and to make any modifications it deems appropriate to the page, the services or information offered, the presentation or location of the same and the conditions of access and use of the Suites del Mar Fenals website. All information received on this website shall be considered to have been assigned to Suites del Mar Fenals free of charge. Email will not be considered a valid means for the purpose of submitting claims. 7. Hotel Responsibility
Access to the page does not in any case imply the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and Suites del Mar Fenals. The portal only provides information about vacant hotel rooms at the time of requesting said information, so if you make an online reservation, you are contracting directly with the hotel and not with the portal. The printed version of the reservation made serves as a locator when you go to the hotel. The reservation of hotel nights on this website implies the adhesion and acceptance by the client of each and every one of the general conditions set forth herein. By accepting the following clauses, you declare and accept:
1) To be of legal age and have full capacity to make the reservation, stating that you understand and comprehend all the conditions found on the website.
2) That the data provided when you make the online reservation is true, complete and concise.
3) Only those pages that appear within the site map are included on the website.
4) That access to this website is the user’s responsibility.
5) That once the reservation has been made, the electronic document in which it has been formalised will be archived, and you will be able to access it at any time.
6) That you confirm the reservation made, i.e. the dates indicated, the number of rooms, the number of people and the Hotel chosen.
7) The conditions and price of the reservation made are those expressly determined in the tariff conditions expressly included on the page where you make the reservation.
8) Regarding the relationship with the portal, it gives you the possibility of reserving rooms at the chosen hotel through its website, but it does not offer any type of hotel service under its responsibility.
9) That your card details are collected for the purpose of guaranteeing the reservation. Payment for the same will be made at the chosen Hotel and only in the case of cancellations or no-shows, the reservation will be cancelled and the charge set in the tariff conditions will be made.
10) Offers will only be valid for as long as they remain accessible to the recipients of the service.
8. Prices
The prices indicated are Retail Prices including VAT. The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of room and board selected, with the exception of hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated. The price does not include: Any service not specified in addition to extras such as transfers, tips, telephone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc… Check-in and check-out times are generally, unless otherwise expressly agreed with the establishment, rooms can be used from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 pm on the day of departure.
9. Passports and visas
All travellers, without exception (including children), must carry their corresponding personal and family documentation in order, whether it be a passport or D.N.I., according to current legislation. The traveller will be responsible for obtaining visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc., when the trips so require. Minors under 18 years of age must carry a written permit signed by their parents or guardians, in anticipation that it may be requested by any authority. In the event that a visa is refused by an Authority, for reasons particular to the user, or entry into the country is denied due to a lack of the required requirements, or a defect in the required documentation, or for not carrying the same, the hotel declines all responsibility for such events, with any expenses incurred being borne by the consumer, and the conditions and rules established for the no-show event being applied in these circumstances.
